1. Agreement to these terms
By creating an account or using CrewHype AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that business. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
CrewHype AI provides tools for service businesses to organize post-service review-request workflows, including SMS and email requests, reminders, and reputation-related workspace features. We may change, improve, or discontinue a feature, but we will not materially reduce the core service without reasonable notice where practical.
3. Account and user responsibilities
- Keep your account information accurate and your login credentials secure.
- Be responsible for activity carried out through your account.
- Upload or enter customer information only when you have the right and required permissions to do so.
- Review message content, recipients, and settings before enabling a send.
- Promptly notify us of unauthorized access or suspected misuse.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use CrewHype AI to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unwanted communications; to contact people without the consent required by applicable law; to impersonate another person or business; to upload malicious code; to interfere with the service; or to evade opt-outs, carrier rules, or other messaging requirements. You are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, privacy, consumer-protection, and messaging laws.

Important messaging information
Users may receive post-service review-request messages after providing explicit consent. Message frequency varies based on completed services and the review-request settings selected by the business.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
6. Your content and results
You retain responsibility for the customer information and message content you submit. You give CrewHype AI permission to process that content as needed to provide the service, including delivering the messages you direct us to send.
CrewHype AI can help request reviews, but it does not guarantee that a recipient will respond, leave a review, or improve a business's ranking, reputation, or revenue.
7. Fees and suspension
If you select a paid plan, you agree to the pricing and billing terms shown when you subscribe. We may limit or suspend access if payment is overdue, the service is being misused, or continued access could create legal, security, or messaging risk. We may terminate an account that materially violates these terms.
8. Disclaimers and limitations
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, CrewHype AI disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised terms here and update the effective date. Continued use of CrewHype AI after the revised terms take effect means you accept them.
